1. DELIVERY ZONE

MAË PARIS items are delivered worldwide. The shipping of the articles will occur after the complete payment of the ordered articles.

2. DELIVERY METHODS AND TIMES

MAË PARIS allows you to choose between the following delivery methods:

Standard delivery

Delivery times for orders placed online depend on the availability of products and your location:

Standard France : 2 to 4 working days
Standard Europe : 2 to 8 working days
Standard International: 2 to 8 business days

For all these delivery methods, MAË PARIS will inform you by e-mail of the progress of your order. You can also follow the progress of your order in the "My Orders" section of your online Customer Account at www.mae-paris.com.

3. DELIVERY COSTS

Delivery costs for orders placed online depend on the delivery method chosen and your location.

4. TRACKING AND BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY

Once the package has been shipped, MAË PARIS' responsibility ends. A tracking number will be provided to you upon shipment, and it is your responsibility to actively follow the progress of the delivery using this number. In the event of non-clearance of the parcel in the country of delivery, and if the parcel is destroyed or returned to the sender, MAË PARIS declines all responsibility in this regard. It is your responsibility to comply with the necessary customs clearance procedures and to take responsibility for the consequences of non-clearance.
